Terms of use

The service

Scopko helps business analysts analyse change requests and write requirements, user stories and traceability, with optional AI drafting. It is operated by [Company name], [Company address].

Your account

You need a confirmed email address. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity in your account. One account per person.

Plans and payment

The Free plan includes 1 AI-analysed project per month. Paid plans include the number of AI-analysed projects shown on the Account page, renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Unused projects do not carry over.

Each project can use a limited number of AI runs; manual editing and projects without AI are unlimited. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

AI drafts

AI output is a first draft and can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or sharing it.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you enter and create. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service. Do not upload content you are not allowed to share, or unlawful content.

Fair use

Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, access other users' data, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice and will let you export your data first.
